Perfect for routine maintenance and general upkeep.
What’s included:
Full kitchen cleaning (countertops, sink, stove top, and exterior of microwave & refrigerator)
Bathroom(s): toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirror, and fixtures
Exterior wipe-downs of all cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms
Trash emptied throughout home
Dusting of reachable surfaces
Ceiling fan blades dusted
Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors
Baseboards lightly dusted
✨ PREMIUM CLEAN — $185
Ideal for homes needing a more detailed touch.
Everything in Basic Clean, plus:
Full interior window cleaning (all rooms)
Blinds dusted and detailed
Extra attention to baseboards, trim, and corners
Polishing of surfaces where applicable
Detailed spot treatment where buildup is noticed
🧽 DEEP CLEAN / MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT — $350–$400+
A full top-to-bottom service. Ideal for new homeowners, move-outs, or homes needing a major reset.
Everything in Premium Clean, plus:
Inside of oven, refrigerator, and microwave
Full interior cabinet cleaning (kitchen and bathrooms)
Dusting and wipe-down of closets and storage areas
Thorough baseboard scrub, not just light dusting
High-touch areas sanitized: doorknobs, light switches, etc.
Walls spot-checked for stains (scrubbed where appropriate)
Floors detailed more aggressively with additional tools if needed
🛑 Important Pricing Note:
All prices listed are base rates for single-story homes in standard condition.
⚠️ Final pricing may vary based on the following:
Homes with excessive buildup, grime, or clutter
Presence of excessive pet hair, strong odors, or pest issues
Larger-than-average square footage or more than 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Homes that haven’t been cleaned in a long time or are in post-construction condition
Any home with 2 or more stories — we charge double the base rate per additional story
You will always be informed of any price adjustment upfront, and quotes are finalized in person before we begin.

🍽️ Dishwashing Service:
Light Load (under 10 dishes/pieces): +$20
Heavy Load (10+ dishes, pots, or grease-covered pans): +$30–$40 (evaluated in person)
⚠️ Laundry is not offered at this time due to time constraints. We prioritize quality and timeliness for all booked clients.
