Includes all essential living areas: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.

💎 PREMIUM CLEAN — $185

For properties needing a full reset — whether you're moving, listing, or just catching up.
Each deep clean is quoted in person to ensure accuracy. This package covers everything in the Premium Clean, plus:

We are transparent with our pricing, but some homes may require additional time or labor. You’ll always receive a final quote upfront before we begin — no surprises.
🛑 Pricing adjustments may apply to:
Excessively dirty or cluttered homes
Heavy pet hair, strong odors, or presence of pests
Larger homes (above 3 beds / 2 baths)
Post-construction or remodeling dust/debris
Homes not cleaned in a long time (visible buildup)
Requests outside standard package coverage
