Detailed spot treatment where buildup is noticed
DEEP CLEAN / MOVE-IN OR MOVE-OUT
A full top-to-bottom service. Ideal for new homeowners, move-outs, or homes needing a major reset.
Everything in Premium Clean, plus:
Inside of oven, refrigerator, and microwave
Full interior cabinet cleaning (kitchen and bathrooms)
Dusting and wipe-down of closets and storage areas
Thorough baseboard scrub, not just light dusting
High-touch areas sanitized: doorknobs, light switches, etc.
Walls spot-checked for stains (scrubbed where appropriate)
Floors detailed more aggressively with additional tools if needed

All prices listed are base rates for single-story homes in standard condition.
Final pricing may vary based on the following:
Homes with excessive buildup, grime, or clutter
Presence of excessive pet hair, strong odors, or pest issues
Larger-than-average square footage or more than 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms
Homes that haven’t been cleaned in a long time or are in post-construction condition
Any home with 2 or more stories — we charge double the base rate per additional story
You will always be informed of any price adjustment upfront, and quotes are finalized in person before we begin.
